This item was NOS when I bought it. I noticed some green buildup on the outer edges of the head, so I decided to open it up and clean it. Looks like the hinges were treated with an oil, that over time, corroded a bit. It was on the outside "side cap" area and in the inner corners of the door/head area. Some pitting is present on the inner corners of the door/head. So, technically this was never used. However, no longer "NOS" as it was opened and cleaned. There is also a very small ding on the door. So small though, pics do not pic it up and it will not effect the shave.
