Itemsdamaged in the post - there is insurance but Australia Post requires photos and may require you to visit a post office with the item and the package. This is their process. Please keep everything as it arrived. If you are collecting from a post office please lodge a complaint onsite.
Postage - we do not have the sales volume to enjoy postage discounts. Postage prices are set to try and breakeven - there is no money made on postage. We often use recycled card and bubble wrap.
