Overall Good Condition - The back/rear portion of the roof appears to be faded and a different color/blue/teal then the rest of the roof - the balance of the building appears to be in tact - it would work well if in the back row of a Village, where you don't really see the roof anyhow

Has light cord

Handpainted Ceramic Accessory - Glossy - as these pieces are previously displayed very small paint flakes may be found on them (normally around edges or corners).Sometimes the "snow" may have hairline cracks or appear gritty/bubbly

Styrofoam Box and Sleeve are present but have alot of wear and tear from storage
