Chaos & Confusion Oil is another conjure oil that targets an enemy or institution you wish to get the upper hand in. As it names implies, it allegedly confuses and distracts the target. It is popularly used in court cases and in legal matters. However, it really can be used in any situation where one wishes to clutter the mind of another person.
