This card is an UNOFFICIAL custom made Pokemon card in near mint condition.

It has been made with an intricate textured type of holo foiling. Reminiscent of a stained glass design featuring Umbreon.

It takes inspiration from Van Gogh’s Starry Night.

Card will come well protected in sleeve, hard plastic toploader and cardboard envelope.
