Untested, natural aged patina, scratches, aged dust. No finial on top (photo 3). There is a small piece at the top I can unscrew the little screw and extend the rod up a little bit (photo 4 vs 5).
The pull chains sound like they work properly. (they make that little click noise when I pull on them).
