Antique Italy Wood TRIPTYCH PLAQUE Correggio Adoration Mary & Jesus Florence-OLD but beautiful Catholic Religious wood Triptych with three panels that fold together to close it.Marked Made In Italy Florence Correggio Adoration G. B. Florence on back.Measures approx. 5 1/2" tall, and 7" wide when both panels are unfolded and the piece is open laying flat. The width when the panels are closed is approx. 3 1/2".The three wood panels are held together by very old metal latches.Due to theage of this piece there are signs of wear and use, mostly loss of paint, rubbing on edges, small chips off the edges- PLEASE SEE ALL PHOTOS- the last few show the condition pretty well.Otherwise, a stunning piece of Christian art from Florence Italy!
