If graded, I\'d say this book is a 3.0/3.5 or slightly better. Front cover has spine ticks, stress marks (creasing/wear along spine + some tears on spine), blunted corners (bottom corner also has a tear/chipping), discoloration, scuffing/staining/soiling, wear around edges, 1/4 inch tear along top edge, 1/4 tear along right edge, chip in bottom right hand corner/fold in top right hand corner, some other small tears + areas of creasing and folding. Back cover has discoloration/tanning, staining/soiling/scuffing, tears along edge of spines, smaller micro tears along edges, wear around edges, and some creasing and folding. Inside pages are complete/attached with some pages having discoloration/tanning, scuffing, light staining, small chips and/or corner folds, one page has a 1 inch tear (see pic), and last page has a 1/2 inch tear (piece still attached/folded over.
