It has been used. The green fabric is thin, not in perfect condition by any means. Needs a few bulbs replaced inside, I would replace them but have no extra. The inside has some dirt in the bottom. Fan seems to work fine, just has some thin spots causing it not to stand on its own. It inflates all the way, when it is tethered down I believe you can get it to stand upright like in the picture. Very hard inflatable to come by even in this condition. No returns sold as is. For a collector this is a nice piece, possibly has a few seasons left if you planned on using it outside. You do not see these on very often. Any questions just ask.
