Stunningand quite scarce set of five Vieux Old Paris porcelain lidded pot de crème dessert orcustard sets on a two tier pedestal stand featuring an apricot bandwith fine gilt rims, c. 1850. The stand is missing the top handlefinial and possibly a third tier. Cups measure 3 ¾” high to topof finial (2 ½” high without lid) x 2 ¼” diameter at rim, standmeasures 10 ¼” high x 11” diameter (largest plate) Set is inExcellent antique condition free of nicks or fleabites with minorgilt wear, note the base screw is slightly longer so the stand doesnot sit completely level and needs to be adjusted. A fine addition to any home or collection!
