This is visible in the bottom border of the front of the dollar.
"I've never seen this printing error on the 1989 series!"I'm the original owner and the bills were uncirculated but was put in my wallet when I bought them. Both are crisp.One is in excellent like-new condition and the other is in very good condition but had a very small fold on one corner outside the printing.
