TheIreland Neptune was a four or five place pusher configuration biplane sold inflying boat and amphibian versions. Designed in the U.S. by Ireland Aircraft(Inc.) and first flown in 1927, with a Wright Whirlwind aircraft engine. Wellover 50 were built.

The photois numbered #1713 and has an embossed stamp mark of the photographer/maker:
