AAA Natural Peruvian or Indonesian blue opal slab with dendrites and copper inclusions. Premium old-stock lapidary rough with very rich and bright colors--it will make some truly exquisite cabochons. The original owner claimed this is opalized wood from either Peru or Indonesia (could not confirm), but the piece I worked on polished like a highly silicated material. I only have a handful of this material available so get it while you can! Please note that common opal does not exhibit the "color play" of precious opal! Natural dendritic blue opal from Peru. No enhancements, no dyes, 100% Natural.
