STATION FACEPLATE with NO CENTER GLASS INCLUDED. THE PLASTIC HALF CIRCLE DIFUSSER IS INCLUDED AS WELL AS 5 OF THE 6 ORIGINAL SCREWS. A 6TH IS PROBABLY NOT ORIGINAL.

CONDITION: FAIR CONDITION PART SHOWING SOME WEAR. NO CENTER GLASS IS INCLUDED. NO CRACKS NOTICED IN THE PLASTIC DIFFUSER
