The cotton market was going great guns, so to speak, during the last years of World War Two, but farsighted individuals were looking ahead to post-war years when American cotton would be challenged by synthetics, paper & jutes, and foreign imports. To combat this threat they formed the National Cotton Council of America, which here outlines the post-war dangers, and the plans for combatting them.

Paper covers. 8.5”x11”, 30 pages, black & white illustrations. Minor soil, light wear, corners thumbed and rumpled.
