Edward Vernon Rickenbacker [1890 1973] who was an American fighter ace who was creditedwith 26 victories and awarded the Medal of Honor.Rickenbacker was a pioneer in aviation transportation and purchased Eastern Air lines in 1938 and served as Chairman of the Board. Listed for sale is the autograph of Edward Rickenbacker signed on a commemorative cover. The autograph is signed \'\'Capt Eddie Rickenbacker\'\' in blue pen and the cover is postmarked July 12, 1963, and is affixed with one commemorative U.S postage stamp. The autograph has been authenticated by PSA/DNA Authentication and is encapsulated in a plastic holder. The cover measures 5.50 x 3.25 inches and isin finecondition.The cover is a desirable example of this noted World War I American flying ace and Medal of Honor recipient.
