Very rare collectible , guessing early 1980s maybe older. Made in USA , Overall pretty good condition, some light fading on one side and surface rust on bottom . Very solid usable trash can or wall display. Store collection display. Never seen this in last 10+ yrs of collecting and hunting for rare items.
