For sale a Vintage Sigma Phi Epsilon Felt Wool Fraternity Banner 23\" x 23\" 2-sided Navy/Purple White Burgundy. This is handmade and old. One side is Purple with Burgundy and White Sigma Phi Epsilon Letters. The other side is Navy with a White S. Banner is 2 sided. The 2 sides are held together with a white felt woven band around perimeter. Overall size is 23\" x 23\". Good Condition. Dirty and needs cleaned. Please view all photos for more details.
