Very cute set of banks. They do show some wear Cookie Monster has two paint chips on top of his bonnet. Big Bird has a tiny chip to his top feather on head. Several small paint chips next to Big Birds right eye. Both figures come with the coin stoppers on bottom. Unknown maker and date of manufacture.
