Today I offer a very nice, 1976 vintageSears Merry Mushroomplant hanger with period correct 1970\'s macramehangerstraight out of my mother\'s attic storage.

This hanger is oneof MANY Merry Mushroom items from her collection I plan to list in the forthcoming days / weeks, so if you\'re interested and a collector, be sure to check back as I have a bunch of neat items!

Back when I was in 4th. grade in 1978, and pretty much all through at least junior high school, my mother collected a huge part the SEARS - MERRY MUSHROOM collection. She had the canisters, clock, salt & pepper shakers, teapot, glasses, etc., etc., etc. Thisitem isfrom that collection.

This very nice collectible remain in excellent condition with minor signs of use from hanging in our kitchen from about 1978 until 1986 when my mother moved to Montana when I left home for college. From that point forwardthisitem hasbeen neatly tucked away in the attic... but nowit\'s available here for you! Please see photos of actual item (I NEVER use stock photos). There is one very slight chip near the portal opening on the side with mushrooms on both sides of the opening (see exaggerated close-up photo). Maybe 1/16\" x 1/16\". And the macramé hanger... well, that is an absolute 1970\'s throwback and the gold and brown color pattern with wood beads matches perfectly!
