Beautiful small vintage paper mache hand painted box. There is a sticker on the bottom that reads “Ormond/ made in Japan”. The base color is an off white/pale yellow with gold and light green detail around the edges. It appears more off white in some light and more yellow in others. The center is a lovely bouquet of summer flowers featuring roses. The colors are warm and a bit muted adding to its charming vintage feel. This would be beautiful holding jewelry, trinkets, or just as a decor piece on its own.
