This is a mid century modern sconce, or Spotlight.

It works perfectly. It’s fully adjustable and can be mounted on a vertical surface or just sit on a horizontal surface. 100% original, everything is intact and doesn’t need rewired. Very cool and a great survivor.

It is also in fantastic shape with only a few scuffs . . . It has no dents or scratches. All the metal components have aged beautifully.
