I believe it is California Pottery although the only mark it has is the #854

Stands approximately 8\" x 10\" long x 7\" wide

In vintage used condition. No chips or breaks. The cord while original is in good working condition. The lamp works. Sits straight and steady. Has loss to the gold finish on the stand. Please see photos.
