We closely inspected for any flaws or issues. This piece is in good condition.

The porcelain has no chips or cracks. The porcelain does have black flakes inside the glaze which I assume is ash from the kiln. The cast iron parts seem to be almost Art Nouveau. The cast iron base has a foot removed or broken off, which was possibly made so that the cord could fit through easily. the cast-iron top piece has a crack which may have been part of the manufacturing process.

The ceramic part of the lamp plays cast iron is about 13.25 inches tall by 7 inches wide. With the iron finial it is 24 inches tall.
