The clock mechanism is not working I believe it is overwound. Additionally, it is off-center a little bit, but I’m going to choose to not move it or try to fix it and let the new owner do that themselves. Other than that the structure is in perfect vintage condition, there is some wearing of the finish on the wreath around the clock, which adds to the patina of the overall piece .
