Prettier in person. The raised applique is stunning. Overall in nice condition, no chips, breaks, repairs, etc. There are some flecks of white paint on the cobalt but a few of these, I was able to delicately wipe off. Will leave any remaining up to the new proud owner" blue ceramic stands approx 17" and up to the top of the finial measures approx 29"
