A collection of prints of Joseph Boggs Beale paintings. These are double sided, black and white \"copies\" of 48 paintings depicting American history. The portfolio/booklet is prepared by Frank H Fleer Company - maker of Double Bubble Gum. The porfolios were presented to teachers for educational purposes. I don\'t find a copyright or publication date, but they were stored with items from the 1930s annd 1940s, so my guess is in that era. The porfolio cover is in very good shape with the exception of some fade spots on front and a bit of damage to the top of the spine. The pages are in good shape - some have some corner bends (see photos) and each page has a name written on one side in small, red ink.Ships with heavy tag board/cardboard to protect from bending.
