from ham estate , not sure what all this does.... has DC meter , mentions PNP and NPN, has what looks like a transistor socket, mentions scope. I did plug in lights up and has slight buzz... the socket on side is ajar. metal case. marked PNP Program Plug on one side and NPN Program Plug on other side. use zoom , see all pictures, as-is, as found. bit dusty. not sure where you would find another?thanks
