Really lovely Halloween greet card with black and yellow checked edge. \"The Hallowe\'en Witches Wand\" is the title with a ghost and witch in a hot air balloon basket with a corn cob person hanging on below. The witch is waving her \"wand\" - her broom. Even has bats, stars, and owl and a carved pumpkin! Used but no stamp or cancellation. Good condition with some edge and corner wear.
