Genuine Aspirin tin, 12 count 5 grains each. From the \"Buckeye Stamping Co.\" of Ohio. No date, but based on what information I could find on the company itself the tin is probably from the 1930s-1950s. Given the aspirin are measured in grains and not grams, it has to predate the metric switch over that took place in pharmaceuticals in the USA in the 1960s. Says \"Buckeye Stamping Co Cols Ohio\" on the side in extremely tiny print (could be \"Col5\", it is so teeny and poorly printed I could barely read it even with strong magnification.)I searched the internet and there is no information on this tin at all! Must be pretty unique and rare. In fact, I could find little about the \"Buckeye Stamping Co.\" was on the company site that was their successor. Buckeye made the tin, there is NO manufacturer name of the aspirin at all!In good shape, has some minor surface wear as shown, most notable is a small scratch on the end of the \"E\" in \"genuine\", and some slightly darker spots on the beige background on the top (might have been printed that way.) Back of tin has some rubbing/scratches, as shown. Inside of tin has some minor wear on the shiny surface.
