This is a nice set, but it does have some flaws.

The bottoms of the 6 adult figures have ice cream lids screwed to the bottom. They were to help hold bagged rocks when they were displayed. The ice cream lid bottoms are not the easiest to remove, but you'll need a flat head screwdriver. I kept them on just in case the new owner wanted them on as well.

I removed all the rocks and sand in the figures as best as I could.

The camel has a cracked bottom (see photo)

The Manger has one broken leg that was replaced with a wood leg. (See photo)

The bull has one horn that comes off a little easier, so I bagged it so it doesn't get misplaced during shipment.

The tallest wiseman has a few holes on the front of him (see photo)

At the time of pictures and packing it up for shipment, all lights worked, but I can not guarantee they will work upon arrival.

Some bulbs are incandescent, and some that were burned out were replaced with a LED bulb. The red wiseman has a LED bulb, hence why he is a tad brighter.

When lit up in the dark, all the known issues are not noticeable.

It is all packed up and ready to ship via UPS.
