Vintage Columbia Electric Mfg Tong-Test Ammeter. There are two hand held tongs with four movements. They come in a leather storage case. The movements are:

0 - 800 amperes (two each)
0 - 200 amperes
0 - 75 amperes

Case measures 15\" x 3-1/2\" x 5-3/4\" high. Total weight unpackaged for all items is 8 pounds.
The case is in poor condition and is coming apart and some of the leather is flaking off. The back of the lid is torn and there are scuff and scratch marks, finish loss, staples in the front, rust on the buckle latches and is just in poor overall condition.
The tong testers have not been tested. The pointer does not move on one movement. One tong tester has black electrician\'s tape on the handle and on the tongs and the glass on the movement has come loose. The tongs on both open up. Being sold \"AS IS\" in untested condition.
