EXCELLENT ORIGINAL WORKING CONDITION!!!
Original rubber cord is still supple, andthe plug prongs show almost no wear.Looks to have barely been used - if at all.
(I have seen these incorrectly re-wired witholder cloth cord. - In which case, the originalrivet in the plug must be removed andreplaced with a screw and nut, and/or the basemust be removed to access the connection.This tester is completely original, and neverhad any such modification)
The two mounting holes on the baseshow no sign of ever having been used.
Base measures 10-11/16\" x 2-3/4\".
AN EXCELLENT EXAMPLE OF A RARE PIECEOF ELECTRICAL MEMORABILIA!
Instruction label is very intact, withonly a couple small stains.
I tested all of the sockets, and they worked fine.( I didn\'t have an Edison base bulb for the oneon the left, but it worked fine for a standard).
I wouldn\'t suggest leaving it plugged-in whileunattended because its very old, and made of wood,but works fine to test old bulbs or for display!
