Vintage Dodge Advertising Bank

Description:

Presented for your consideration is this neat advertising barrel style bank. The bank is made of tin and has a red-orange coloration throughout with white lettering on the front and black lettering on the back. The front of the bank reads \"Economy Barrel. Save Six (55 Gallon) Barrels of Gas A Year With Dodge. Bank the Difference.\" The back of the barrel lists all of the Dodge dealers in the Detroit area. Along the top reads \"Detroit Area Dealers\" and along the bottom reads \"Dodge Plymouth Dodge Trucks.\" The top of the barrel has a coin slot and the underside of the bank has a locking door that comes with a key. The key does not fit properly in the lock but it will turn the lock from the unlocked and locked positions. The bank dates to the 1950s and is guaranteed to be original and old. This neat bank would make a great addition to any Dodge memorabilia, vintage bank or advertising collection!

Two dents are in the middle of the back of the barrel. As previously stated the key does not fit properly in the lock. Very light age wear. Overall in VERY GOOD condition. Please refer to the photos for the absolute best details.

Measures 3\" in diameter at the widest point and 4\" tall.
