Manufactured in Springfield, Illinois. Patent No. 243, 702. Park Sherman guaranteed full satisfaction on all of the lighters and would replace them at no charge if there were any issues. New in original packaging. Some creasing and discoloration on the package due to age. A small corner of the packaging behind where the lighter is and would be taken out has opened a little bit (as seen in picture).
