Awesome,rare and very Collectable old Vintage Hand Cast and Hand Painted Ceramic Statue Dog Figure.A Long Eared Hound Dog sitting with eyes closed. Hand Painted in Native Designs and Colors. It does not have any Chips, or Cracks. A great looking display and sits 12" Long x 7 1/2" High.. Such as shame that it has no marks, Artist Signature or Date? While searching this item, I noticed there are a few modern reproduction type dogs with native colors and styles for sale. And I thought they were expensive for new factory made items..However in my research I could find no other old vintage hand cast and hand painted that even come close to this one. Neither could I find any other of this type dog,style or position. I think this is truly a very rare and unique item that is highly collectable and of considerable value.
