Very good condition. no chips, no cracks. There is yellowing on the bottom.
These ashtrays were given to doctors in the 1950s, to promoteSimilacbaby formula.

This is truly disturbing piece of ceramics. It is a slipcast ashtray of amorphous form, with three indentations in the shape of imprints of baby feet at three stages of growth.There is no maker\'s mark, only a mold number. A label on the underside reveals that this was a promotional piece for a new product- \"Similac with iron\". I\'m guessing this is from the 1950\'s.The image of a doctor\'s waiting room full of kids, with their young mothers smoking and tapping ashes into the baby feet….just too creepy.
