VINTAGE SILVER 925 Holloware GR-60 Steel Mixed Metals Confucious Statue:

This is a ten inch tall, 3-inch wide metal statue of a chinese gentleman that I was told is Confucious. The statue is beautiful and made of mixed metals. It's quite heavy.
I was told this was vintage a few years ago but I have not been able to say how old it is. There is a light colored metal for most of the statue and a brass color to the metal on the front. There are several visible hallmarks, see pictures. They include a makers mark that looks like a Vr. next to a upper case "R" in a box. Then there are other marks including a barely visible 666 H, a 925 mark and last a Gr-60. mark. There is one obvious flaw on the front of the robe where a piece of the silver plating has chipped off to reveal something white underneath. This is a beautiful piece of metalware and a stunning complement to Asian decor.
