Rare Vintage Novelty Gag Gift Sign or Plaque is constructed of heavy paper and measures approximately 5-1/2\" x 8-1/2\". The sign features an illustration of a zany scene with a young girl crying large tears and holding handkerchief, along with the following printed words:
