This recent find is from the Estate of a Retired Military Officer and Vietnam Veteran serving in Vietnam in 1965 as a Reconnaissance Platoon Leader for the 14th Infantry 25th Division and by the time of this Award in 1969 was a Captain. He was highly decorated for his service and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. This listing is for a 1969 Award Plaque with details below:

Paper Write up attached on back side of plaque with details of 173rd Airborne Brigade "The Sky Soldiers" including their Vietnam Battle Credits from 1965-1968

Plaque is in Very Good overall condition for use and age with some expected wear and storage. Backside has wall hanging built into wood along with a detailed write up of the 173rd Airborne Brigade "The Sky Soldier."
