I have not seen a better example for sale anywhere. No case Has Strap. Crystal clear optics and no corrosion or loss of covering finish. They focus well (Individual adjusters are stiff but work) and there seems to be no double image when set. They are HEAVY which is normal. FOUR POUNDS.I had them checked over but was told while they could be cleaned up a bit and that the adjustments could be made less stiff They are otherwise perfect and a reconditioning was not necessary. They look to have either been never serviced or possibly post war, surplus sale serviced after the war. New owner can decide if they want to do any additional cleaning etc.

NOTE I HAVE EXCLUDED ALL COUNTRYS FROM offerDING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATESQuestions welcome. I have sold many WWII Era Binoculars but this is the first 6x42 SARD Square - D Mark 43 Wide Angle type I have ever handled. NOTE if they were made for another Military branch that could add to their Collect ability as they are more RARE. Below average selling Price as a starting price. . Buy it now is there for those that are in a rush or don\'t want to loose out to a higher buyer at the last minute. These binoculars are not commonly found without numerous condition issues.
