Up for this BUY IT NOW sale is thisANTIQUE WHITE SPEAR WARREN OHIOWOOD HANDWidth: .25\"MOLDING MOULDING PLANEMeasures: 9 1/2\" x 3 1/3\"You are offerding on one White & Spear round wood molding or moulding plane as pictured.It is marked \"WHITE & SPEAR WARREN\" on the front end, and is marked on both ends with owner\'s name \"C.F.REESER\" -SEE PICTURES .Overall length is about 9-1/2\", and the iron is about 1/4\" in width.White & Spear was probably Charles White and Edward Spear, who made planes in Warren, Ohio, around 1840.Both also worked as sash makers.Please see American Wooden Planes 4th Edition for more information about them, and it rates their planes two stars for rarity.Condition is very good, with some small stains.The iron and wedge appear original.
