The item in the picture is the item you will receive. This Galactus statue was released by sideshow. To my knowledge I am the second owner of this item. Since i purchased it the statue was never displayed and only removed to photograph for the sale. The lights work and the figure is in great shape. Look at the pictures and if you have any questions please feel free to ask. The shipping box is rough, and the two tabs for the actual box are torn off. The shipping box intact and will be taped securely with clear package tape as well as extra cardboard inside between the shipping and product box. The item is secure in styrofoam inner packaging. The actual product box has some dented corners. The figure itself is in great shape. I will make sure the item is packed securely.
