Vintage Revlon's EPAS (Experimental Project Apollo-Soyuz)Concentrated Cologne, Frosted Bottle with a Gold Tone Cap. It is about 4/5 full.
According to Worthpoint website "EPAS (an acronym standing for Experimental Project Apollo-Soyuz) created to honor the July 1975 "Apollo" - "Soyuz" experimental space flight which was a joint effort of Moscow, USSR and Revlon Inc. New York, USA. This 2 1/4 oz. concentrated cologne was made with essential oils imported from the USSR and packaged and bottled in the USA. This cologne is very RARE with only 200,000 bottles distributed, half by Revlon in the USA and Western capitals of Europe and half by USSR."
This item is in excellent vintage condition. There is no box. The bottle is 6 1/2" tall (with cap) and the bottom has a 1 1/8" diameter.
