Disgruntled by Snow White's request to clean up beforesupper, Grumpy walks out of the cottage, as seen in this layout drawing crafted masterfully by Bill Tytla (1904 -1968), one of the most renowned animators in Disney history.Rendered in graphite with colored pencil, this detailed layout drawingwas done to plan for the scene at the 42:28 mark of Snow Whiteand the Seven Dwarfs and features the exterior design of the back of the cottage where Grumpy will be exiting through the door until he sits onthe barrel.This incredible drawing demonstrates why Bill Tytla was one of thefirst animators assigned to work on the iconic Disney animatedfilm!The layout drawing was created in colored pencil on 12-field5-peghole animation sheets, showing normal age-related toning.In EXCELLENT condition with minor handling and edge wear fromproduction.
