This is a sale for a RARE 2014 ORIGINAL SIGNED PHILLIP PAYNE COMIC STRIP BOOK ART COLLAGE MANNEQUIN 16”x22”. This piece was signed on November 6, 2014. This is a collage of artwork that lines the mannequin and can be hung or presented standing up.

Condition: See all pictures. This is a preowned item that comes from a smoke free environment. The mannequin art that is covered with the comic strip book art presents well with bold and vivid colors.
