Petalite is abeautiful Stone that draws you if needed, a uncommon Stone in limited quantities found only in a few places in the world.

Petalite is a lithium bearing aluminium silicate and is often associated with other lithium-bearing minerals, such as Amblygonite, Kunzite, Spodumene and Lepidolite. As written above, Petalite is uncommon and limited quantities are only found in Australia, Brazil, Sweden, Namibia and Afghanistan.

With its mood supporting lithium content, Petalite helps balance the emotions by keeping mood swings at bay. Its calming qualities can be attributed to its Lithium content. Lithium allows for the calming and balancing of traumatised emotions and energies.

I personally suffer from Anxiety myself and have found this to be very helpful on those anxious filled days. I don’t wear it every day just the days I need some help and incorporate it with other strategies for relief.
