THANK YOU!!All items are shipped from my distributor new in the original packaging.Please contact us by email in the event that your item arrives with damage. we can replace the item right away with pictures of the damage.In very rare (basically never) situationsmy distributor will require a return for the quality control department to review and will send a prepaid return label for the return if it ever happens. This is so rare and we usually replace or refund so please do not use the Return Service as you will not be returning your item and that return service dispute will sit open redundant when there will be no return and hurt my rating.If you just email me with photo(s), we can have a replacement or refund right out to you!We don't use the return service as I have my own replacement/refund service that is easier, better and faster.
