This bag is absolutely gorgeous. I have had it for at least 30 years and bought it at an estate sale in the Midwest. I can’t remember exactly where, but it was when we were on a trip and I was thrilled to find it. There is a tiny bit of loss in one area, not more than half an inch on the side clearly photographed, and a few beads have been pulled off on the tabs that you used to hold while you zip, there are a few beads lost around the edge where the zipper is on one side, but not more than two rows in 3 places so very very minor, the handle is in great condition. It is sturdy as all get out it’s not fragile. It’s very usable. The lining is pink polished cotton, and while it shows wear and use it is not filthy as so many pieces are that got used real hard and there is I think deer skin used and I think the actual bag itself was beaded on deer skin I could be wrong on that just because I’m not knowledgeable, but this is one heck of a beautiful bag for either a man or a woman to carry
