Wonderfully detailed traditional Hopi kachina (katsina) of Heoto Mana. Signed on the base "Heoto Mana / Edward Huma / Hopi." Hand carved and painted and thoroughly detailed.First Mesa carving.In Hope mythology, Heoto Manais a female figure, considered to be a guardian or warrior. She is the counterpart of the male spirit Heoto, and a dancer at Hopi mesa ceremonies.
